Case Management: Oversee and manage immigration and student applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Documentation & Forms Filling: Assist clients in preparing and completing immigration forms, student applications, and other related paperwork with precision.
Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and relevant authorities, providing updates, clarifications, and guidance throughout the process.
Email Correspondence: Handle professional email communication with clients, institutions, and immigration authorities effectively and professionally.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to current immigration regulations and guidelines.

Immigration Services Officer (Visa Processing)
- Candidates must be well-versed in the filing processes of different countries.
- The Ideal candidate has worked in an immigration company and knows how to process Visas for multiple countries online.
- I oversee all aspects of the Visit Visa, Business Visa, Tourist Visa, and Study Visa, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- Must guarantee the completion of all relevant visa documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Be able to help the client with the documentation required.
- You must take full responsibility for all operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- Offer information on rules, help clients to obtain visa approvals, conduct surveillance of submitted documents, and handle other related issues
- Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
- Must have experience in Case Filing, Lodging Visa Applications, Tracking the progress & process of Investor Visas, Visit Visas, PR TR & Student visas for different countries.
- Dispatching client’s documents for further processing of their applications well within the deadline.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month
Education Counselor (Canada Admissions)
Provide information on educational programs, institutions, and admissions processes in Canada.
Evaluate client qualifications and recommend suitable programs and institutions based on their academic background and career goals.
Search and Attend workshops or informational seminars to educate students and their families about studying in Canada.
Research emerging educational trends, institutions, and programs in Canada to enhance service offerings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed for internal use.
Assist in administrative tasks related to the consultancy services offered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.
Previous experience in educational consulting, counseling, or a related role is preferred.
Strong understanding of the Canadian education system and immigration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
